FULLY MANAGED SERVER SUPPORT & NETWORK MANAGEMENTOur Server Remote Management is made up of two parts just so you can understand what is going on. At the moment you get both services for one incredibly low price! Server Watch - Server Watch is a 24x7 server monitoring and escalation service. We monitor not only the base OS but mail servers, database servers, backups and escalate the problem when necessary with an appropriate resolution. Additionally, we analyze the OS and application patches needed by a particular server and create a white list of patches that can be deployed onto servers.
Remote Server Care - Remote Server Care is a lot like the Server
Watch service but under this service we not only monitor and escalate on a 24x7
basis, but also troubleshoot problems and perform proactive maintenance on the
server. Hence, activities such as restarting failed services, reconfiguring
failed backups, decrementing a message store, or restoring a corrupt database
are performed in this service. Under this service patches and service packs
required on the server are also deployed.

Monitoring of network devices and firewalls - This is a 24x7 monitoring and escalation service, similar to Server Watch, for network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls. $99 for all network devices per month!
